        Event FAQs

        Make a Plan to Scan! 

        All patrons are required to check-in to various spaces across the precinct to assist with contact tracing. Simply scan the QR code with your smartphone devices, fill in your details and click submit!  

        If you do not have a smartphone or need assistance, please speak with one of our friendly AO Team members who will be able to check you in using a tablet device. 

        Untouchable Serves: Food & Drink Ordering

        To reduce close contact and shared touch, the AO21 will only be using cashless and contactless transactions. Contactless food and drink ordering is available across the precinct. Simply scan the QR codes, order via your smartphone and collect. Note patrons must be 18+ to order alcoholic beverages, and I.D will be checked upon collection.
